Small job, but dealt with as if important as any large one.

What a delightful experience.  At last a company that does what it says it's going to. Phone calls, e-mails and updates all delivered appropriately and in a timely manner.

This was only a small job, fitting new hinges on a window and replacing two handles, but was treated just as important as a larger one would be.

Darren and Sue Alison great to deal with and the two lads that did the job were very polite, respectful and efficient.  I would definitely use the firm again.

Darren has provided and installed windows and doors for me at several locations over the years. 
He is quick, clean and a first class tradesman. The products which he supplies have always been top quality.
It is without hesitation that I would recommend him to any potential customer.

We were very impressed by the level of service provided by Darren after our conservatory door was ripped off in a recent storm. He replied promptly to our calls and gave us a quote within 24 hours. He also liaised efficiently with our insurers to ensure the job was completed as soon as possible. The installation of the new doors was completed within 3 hours and the cost was very competitive. Highly recommended; we would definitely go to Darren again in the future.

I contacted Darren last Saturday after the first rainfall in 6 weeks and there was a leak in my conservatory due to a slipped roofing sheet. Darren was very willing to assist and promised to stop by to assess the work needed. He gave a reasonable quote for the work and a timeframe within which the repair would be completed, having checked the weather forecast for rain to be sure that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced.
Darren stopped by 2 days after providing the quote, re-beaded the polycarbonate sheet and sealed it up. The work has been completed to a very high standard and I now have the peace of mind that with future rainfall there won’t be any leakage.
I would not hesitate to utilise Darren’s services in future and highly recommend him.

Contacted Darren re a leaking conservatory roof  . He  repaired the leak  so well that I requested a quote for two new bifold doors .  The fitters removed the old doors and fitted the new ones to a high standard with a minimum of disruption . Staff were friendly and completed a professional job . Very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend this company .

We needed some repairs to our existing windows and Suffolk Door and Windows did this well and efficiently on a day when there was snow lying around and I thought they'd prefer to come another time. We would use them again if the need arose.
